Use the following steps to download a file from our web site. Note that the specific windows and dialog boxes that display during the process will vary depending on the file that you are downloading.

1. Search for the file you want to download. Once you've located the file, click its title to view the file description and system requirements.
2. Click the Download Now button. This initiates the download process. Within a few seconds a window displays asking if you want to save or open the file.
   Note: You may be directed to a login screen where you will need to log in (if you have downloaded before) or register for an account to access the download.
3. Save the file in a folder on your hard drive or your network.
4. Click on the appropriate button (such as OK or Save) to begin the download. A status window displays the download progress. Download times can very considerably, depending on the file size and the speed of your network connection.
5. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file on your system. It should be in a sub-folder in the folder you specified in Step 3. You can now decompress the downloaded folder and, if necessary, install the file.
